SHIPPING

Free Shipping: For all retail customers, we offer free shipping for orders over $50 before taxes. For wholesale customers, we offer shipping in Ontario for orders over $200 before taxes. (There are certain items that will not be eligible for free shipping which we will inform you upon ordering.)


Shipping Times (within Canada): Most orders ship within the next 48 business hours. You are looking at only 1-5 business days from the day you order to the day your order reaches your door. Shipping times depend on where you are located in Canada. We want you to love us so FAST shipping is our top priority.


Shipping to the US and Internationally:

Backorders: From time to time there will be situations where a product is on backorder (we work to limit this as much as possible). In this case we will contact you with two options. 1) We can refund you for the backordered product and ship the remainder of your order or 2) You can replace the backordered product with another product of equal price.


Shipping of Furniture and Spa/Salon Equipment

All furniture and spa/salon equipment will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to your business location. The shipping fees will be arranged by the manufacturer. All purchases of of furniture and equipment must be arranged by contacting the Shipping Department in or email at sales@jessicanailsupply.ca


RETURNS

There are a few cases where you may need to return a product:


  • It came broken, damaged, or defective: We are so sorry and can either refund or replace the product immediately.
  • Change your mind?: We can only accept returns for unopened and unused items. If you are returning the full order you will need to pay the return shipping as well as the original shipping cost (if you originally received free shipping).
    Note: We can no longer accept returns on nail polish and nail treatments as we are unable to tell if the product has been opened.
  • In either case, please email the details of the situation including your order number to orders@jessicanailsupply.ca
