This top coat is especially effective when used after applying regular nail polish, such as Vinylux, and does not require a UV lamp for drying.

How to Use
- File and prep the nails.
- (Optional) Apply a base coat and allow it to dry for enhanced nail polish durability.
- Apply two thin layers of your preferred nail polish color, allowing each coat to dry in between.
- Finish with one coat of Super Shiney Top Coat and let it dry completely.
- Complete your manicure with cuticle oil application.
