Exfoliating Body Mitt Instructions:

1. Soften your skin in a warm bath or shower for at least 5 minutes—no need for soap or lotions.
2. Slip your hand into the mitt, dampen it, and squeeze out any excess water.
3. Scrub areas prone to ingrown hairs with quick circular motions. For larger areas, use long, firm strokes.
4. After exfoliating, rinse your body and the mitt with soap and water.

For Best Results: Use the mitt once every 1-2 weeks. Replace the mitt after 10-15 uses. Mitt Cleaning Instructions: Hand wash with soap and rinse with cold water. Reshape and hang dry in a well-ventilated area after each use.
