Available in two sizes, these smooth, black stones are designed to provide therapeutic benefits, including improved circulation, muscle relaxation, and stress relief. Their well-polished surface ensures they glide smoothly over the skin, offering a satisfying massage experience.

How to use

  1. Preparation: Place the massage stones in a slow cooker or professional stone heater filled with water. Heat the water to a temperature between 110°F to 130°F (43°C to 54°C). Allow the stones to heat thoroughly, which typically takes 30-60 minutes.
  2. Test Temperature: Before application, carefully remove a stone using tongs or a spoon. Wrap it in a clean towel and hold it against the inside of your wrist to ensure it's warm but not too hot to the touch. This step is crucial to prevent burns.
  3. Apply Oil: Apply a light layer of massage oil to the client's skin to facilitate smooth movement of the stones.
  4. Placement: Gently place the warmed stones on key areas of the body, such as the back, legs, or palms, depending on the treatment plan. Leave them in place for 3-4 minutes to allow heat to penetrate the muscles.
  5. Massage Technique: Hold a stone firmly in your hand and use it to perform massage strokes, applying gentle pressure as you glide the stone over tense muscles. Maintain consistent movement to avoid overheating any particular area.
  6. Aftercare: After the session, clean the stones with warm, soapy water and disinfect them properly. Dry them thoroughly before storing.
